Order Cancellation
• Before Shipment: The customer may cancel their order at no additional cost, provided the cancellation request is made before the products are shipped. To do so, please contact us via email at geral@bitix.pt or phone/WhatsApp at +351 968880872 as soon as possible.
• After Shipment: If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the Right of Withdrawal applies.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must:
1. Communicate their decision: Send a clear statement of withdrawal to the email address geral@bitix.pt.
o You may use the model withdrawal form available here, although it is not mandatory.
2. Return the products: Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, with all accessories and original packaging, within a maximum of 14 days from the date the withdrawal decision was communicated.
o The direct costs of returning the goods are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts related to:
• Supply of goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Supply of sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
• Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software that the customer has unsealed after delivery.
Refunds:
• In the event of contract withdrawal, all payments made by the customer, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us), will be refunded within 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to withdraw.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
• We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
